If you have issues or problems with your item, you must contact us via email within 72 hours of the item being delivered to your address.
Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged (printed aesthetic or damaged item)
For apparel items, size exchanges or returns are not accepted. This is because all of our items are custom made to order. We do not have inventory on hand and produce your item only when you place the order so therefor there is no item to be exchanged.
After contacting us, we will walk you through the steps to ship the item back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
